Friendship Day by Elcity Club
Friendship Day is a day to celebrate the importance of friends in our lives. It is a time to show our appreciation for the people who are always there for us, through thick and thin.

We celebrated the day by doing something that had never been done previously on campus, something which made everyone nostalgic. Forms were rolled out, giving students the option to send friendship bands and customized cards to their friends and the faculty.

The bands were distributed throughout the college campus on the 7th of August giving  everyone a tint of surprise and happiness in a split second. We couldn't help but capture the thousand-dollar smiles on everyone's faces while receiving them and hugging their loved ones with utmost delight and teary eyes.

This event left an indelible mark on the club as it was the first event hosted for 2023-24. We were overflooded with responses which have moved us to come up with even better events for the entire year.

Independence Day by Elcity Club
On 15th August 1947, our honourable prime minister first unruled the flag at the historic Red Fort in Delhi reciting our National Anthem 'Jana Gana Mana'.

All the classrooms were decorated with tricolour streamers and beautiful backgrounds on smartboards. Everyone filled up with excitement whilst clicking pictures and videos on the photo booth made by us.

Digitally we celebrated by asking our fellow Indians, what they love about our nation through our Instagram page.

This combined with all dressed up in the colours of the Indian flag set the patriotic mood up for the whole day and left an indelible mark on the college.
